We’ve got the rocks covered but we’re looking for one more incredible person to join the team based at our Tritton Operation as a Maintenance Clerk (Administrator).

The Nitty Gritty

We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Administration Professional to support maintenance shutdown activities from planning through to completion. The role will involve coordinating job scopes, assisting with estimates, contractor onboarding, record keeping, documentation, and general maintenance administration.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, advanced computer literacy (including PRONTO/MS Office), strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively both autonomously and within a team.

What you Bring:

  • Highly developed administrative skills with proven experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
  • Advanced computer literacy skills – PRONTO/MS Office and relevant internet-based applications
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously

The Company

Tritton Operations

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
