Ready to take ownership of a high-impact leadership role? We’re looking for a dynamic Maintenance & Engineering Manager to drive safety, reliability, and performance across our underground operation. You’ll lead from the front with visible safety leadership, shape long-term asset strategies, and deliver smarter, more efficient maintenance outcomes that maximise equipment performance and reduce costs.

This is your opportunity to build and inspire a high-performing team, influence key business outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance systems, shutdown execution, and capital projects. What you Bring:

• Values-driven leadership style aligned with Aeris Resources, with a strong commitment to safety, accountability, and team performance
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in trade-based maintenance, ideally within mining or heavy engineering environments
• Solid understanding of maintenance management systems and a track record of improving asset reliability and performance
• Proven ability to lead from the front, driving continuous improvement and influencing operational outcomes
• Resilient and adaptable, with the capacity and willingness to work in challenging climatic conditions and remote locations
• Energetic, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for operational excellence and delivering results

The Company

Tritton Operations

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
