We’ve got the rocks covered but we’re looking for one more incredible person to join the team at Tritton Operations as a Underground Maintenance Electrician.

The Nitty Gritty

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor you will work to carry out preventative electrical maintenance and repairs to fixed plant equipment for production operations.

What you Bring:

With 2 years demonstrated experience in Underground Hardrock Mining working with Sandvick Automation and Development Drills. You will also hold the following:

• Trade Qualified Electrical Fitter Mechanic with Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent
• LVR / CPR training
• Current NSW Supervisor Certificate.
• Open Manual C Class Drivers Licence essential (must be current and proficient in the operation of a manual 4wd)
• High Voltage Switching Ticket (Highly Regarded).
• Senior First Aid Certificate (Highly Regarded).
• Cert IV in Frontline Supervision (Highly Regarded).
• Skills to operate mobile plant for performance testing purposes.
• Familiarity with DCS systems and PLC’s.

The Company

Tritton Operations

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and

Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
