Aeris Resources are seeking applications from experienced Shot Firers and Charge Hands at our Cracow Gold Operations located in Central Queensland. Our family friendly 8/6, 7/7 roster is offered on a residential/DIDO/FIFO basis.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor you will be working to ensure safe & efficient use, storage, preparation and set up of explosive charging equipment in line with regulatory requirements and underground works.

• Full-time contract, working direct for the Mine Owner/Operator.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience operating as an underground Shot Firer and/or Charge Hard
• Demonstrated underground Mining experience.
• Current Qld Shotfirers Licence & Dangerous Goods Card or ability to meet requirements and gain.
• Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
•  Be self-motivated and have a team orientated approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Southeast and Central Qld residents highly regarded.
