Aeris Resources are currently seeking applications for an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Advisor at our Cracow Gold Operations based in Central Queensland.
Reporting to the Health, Safety, Environment Community and Training Manager, the OHS Advisor plays an integral part in helping the organisation maintain a safe and legally compliant mining operation.
In your day to day, you will provide support to Cracow site operations ensuring legislative compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, maintaining records, supporting end to end injury management and assisting in incident investigations, health and safety training and reporting.

- Permanent, full-time contract, working direct for the Mine Owner/Operator
About You:
Ideally you will have the following skills and qualifications.
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- Australian manual C Class driver’s license
- Experience with different WHS Systems software
- Experience in an OHS Advisor or Safety Representative role preferably within an underground mining environment
- Experience in an operational role in mining, minerals processing and/or similar industry.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
