Aeris Resources are seeking applications from experienced Shot Firers at our Cracow Gold Operations located in Central Queensland. Our family friendly 8/6, 7/7 roster is offered on a residential/DIDO/FIFO basis.
About the role
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will have demonstrated underground experience as follows:
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of charge up, in addition experience with ANFO production charging, up and down holes will be highly regarded;
- Development - lateral and decline;
- Hold a current Qld Shotfirer Licence;
- 3+ years Underground Mining experience;
- High levels of safety compliance and leadership;
- Be self-motivating and have a positive attitude;
- A strong commitment to lead and foster the development of a positive safety culture to improve standards;
- Current and Valid Open Manual Australian Drivers Licence;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
